My name is Lyndsi Green, and it comes with great pleasure to introduce myself to everyone as an Instructor at Rosehaven Stables.
I began riding 14 years ago. I’ve had the pleasure of riding many different mounts, and the priveledge to ride under the instruction of many talented individuals. I owe a world of gratitude to my current Instructor. Her name is Jennifer Ford. All of my Instructors have influenced me to be the best that I can be under saddle. I look forward to my lessons with her. She inspires me, and is a perfect role model to reflect upon while I teach.
For the past five years, I have kept myself busy teaching beginner/intermediate lessons at Rosehaven. Summers are always busy with our “Seminar’s” program, pony rides, birthday parties, helping Girl Scouts achieve their badges. I have attended countless clinics & seminars. My first six years of riding were very busy years of horse shows. My horse, Jayce was the ultimate mount for showing. Judges loved him, and he worked his heart out for me.
Currently I have been occupying my time with training and showing my own horses Noah & Sadie. They, just like Jayce, work their hearts out for me, except unlike Jayce they have a REAL sense of humor!
I look forward to teaching our beginner students. It is an awesome gift to give someone else. Riding horses requires dedication, patience, trust, an open mind, soft hands, and a big heart!
I love this wonderful world of Equine, I will do my best to help you learn all that I have been taught, and all that I continue to learn. The Equine world is an ongoing learning experience…I’m in it for life!
